Accessibility Statement

At Cleron Asia Pacific, we believe our website should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access it. We are committed to making cleron.asia accessible to as wide an audience as possible, including people with disabilities.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA covers four key principles:

Understandable — information and operation are clear

What we have done

To make our website accessible, we have:

Structured content with proper HTML headings for screen reader navigation · Provided alternative text for meaningful images
Ensured sufficient colour contrast between text and background
Made all interactive elements (buttons, links) keyboard accessible
Written content in clear, concise language avoiding unnecessary jargon
Designed the site to work responsively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Ensured form fields have visible labels and error messages
Made document downloads such as Safety Data Sheets and certifications available in accessible PDF format where possible

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working on:

Reviewing older PDF documents for accessibility compliance
